1. All plans will be reviewed and finalized by May 31, 2021<\/strong> (Initials being the
exception, of course).
Please work on getting reviews to me over a spread of time rather than in one large
clump on May 31st.
2. If you have a student transitioning into MS or HS with a plan coming due in April\/May,
please:
A. Contact the MS\/HS 504 coordinator and review plan for new setting together
or B. Set an agreement with the MS\/HS coordinator that plan review will occur at
the new setting. If that is the case, please let me know.<\/strong>
3. Graduating students
A. If student has a review coming due, it needs to be done.<\/strong>
B. Synergy will exit the student over the summer. You do not<\/em><\/strong> need to do anything.<\/p>\n
