To make sure student isn’t lost in the move, please do the following:

\n– If you know student is moving to another in-district school,          please notify the 504 coordinator at the new setting,    and…..<\/h4>\n

– Add them to the student’s team, remove yourself,     or…..<\/h4>\n

– Let me, Denise, know and I’ll get the above done<\/p>\n
