Whether writing an Initial, 3 yr review or an Annual, please remember:<\/strong>
– Do NOT<\/span> finalize the plan until I have emailed you stating the plan is ready to be finalized.
Instead,<\/strong><\/span>
– Send me the Meeting Packet (attendance and notes) 
                   – and, if you have it –
– The signed Consent to Evaluate. (If you do not have this signed, that’s ok. I’ve been collecting the electronic signatures.)<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

Saving a 504 packet for parents after you:<\/strong>
1. Sent in Meeting Packet for plan check
2. Check done, electronic signature collected for Consent to Evaluate (if needed), documents were uploaded under the 504 sections tab
3. Email sent to you to finalize the plan
4. Plan finalized
– Saving the parent packet is easy in this scenario. <\/span>
