You will need to register in Performance Matters.

Student leaves the district. Still on your portfolio. Annoying!!<\/strong> <\/span>
When a student with a 504 plan leaves the district, you\u2019ll continue to see them in your portfolio in (parenthesis). They will stay as a reminder should they return to BLPS – and yes, they will show as red due, due, due.
You can change your Synergy view to Active Only so that you no longer see them but that’s your only option..<\/p>\n\n\n

Need to add an addendum to a 504 plan?<\/strong><\/span>
If you need to add an addendum to a plan: (for instance, an additional accommodation or a missed participant)
You\u2019ll have to write a new plan (renewal) – which includes a Meeting Packet & plan check
