She will talk about the importance of sexuality education for healthy relationships, violence prevention and safety, mental and physical health, and overall well-being. Common issues related to stress can include: headache, GI disorders, anxiety\/depression, heart disease, and\/or stroke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">According to the American Institute of Stress, <em>&#8220;There is no single definition of stress, but the most common explanation is a &#8220;physical, mental, or emotional strain or tension.&#8221;<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Learning to manage stress and discovering healthy ways to handle challenging situations can greatly contribute to living a healthy and positive life. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-background has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-e84badc53c81265d70082d5b659df61b wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#e6df55;background-color:#9493d6\"><strong>So what can we do?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2d9edf8df79dbbac0758c58a0a667bb7 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#881414\"><strong>TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF!!! Talk with a family member, friend, or another trusted source. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-99a53fe5e2e39520ced71067453e4399 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#881414\"><strong>Activity<\/strong> &#8211; Participate in activities such as exercise, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. Ensure that you are getting adequate sleep. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-665ad5f788190752913ef67b79b7c9c1 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#881414\"><strong>Diet<\/strong> &#8211;  Maintain a healthy, balanced diet. Ensure that you are getting enough fruits, vegetables, and protein!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-2b66e25ee9ad3d39a5f4ba13d78908d8 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#881414\"><strong>Boundaries<\/strong> &#8211; Set them and keep them!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-69448b74c5f48d8edbe7fad75c80ba74 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"color:#881414\"><strong>Recognize<\/strong> when you need more help.
