If not, who will lead in case of an emergency?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Venue EAP: Who calls 911? Who meets EMS (and where)?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Where&#8217;s the nearest AED? Who will retrieve it?<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Environmental concerns? (Heat index, Air Quality, lightning)<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Contest Interruption Policy: Cover policy and who officials are communicating with if behavior is reported to them.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-accent-color has-text-color has-link-color has-large-font-size wp-elements-c6ba9baec86a2f432cca5eea4517105a wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CPR\/First Aid &#8211; Updates<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is the new language that just came out about schools around CPR and First Aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There have since been some questions regarding the \u201cnew\u201d requirement that one CPR\/First Aid\u2013trained staff member be present for every 60 students. To clarify, this has long been a requirement under OAR 581-022-2220.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(3) Each school shall have, at a minimum, at least one staff member with a current first aid\/CPR\/AED card for every 60 students enrolled, as set by ORS 339.345, and 342.664 and who are trained annually on the district and building emergency plans. Emergency planning will include the presence of at least one staff member with a current first aid\/CPR\/AED card&nbsp;<u>for every 60 students for school-sponsored activities where students are present<\/u>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gabe&#8217;s goal is to work with HR to set up an expectations similar to our programs.
