Student will remain in office area (or other designated area) until parent\/guardian pick up. Student may ride the bus home if parent\/guardian unable to pick up.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student&#8217;s head will be checked for live lice by designated BLS staff upon return to school.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communication will be sent out following the BLS Head Lice Procedure.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-vivid-cyan-blue-to-vivid-purple-gradient-background has-background has-larger-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>IMMUNIZATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Immunization Exclusion Day<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immunization Exclusion Day for ALL students is Wednesday February 21, 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you everyone for your help in getting our students updated with their immunizations before Exclusion Day!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Primary Review Day is January 17<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;and that is the day I send the initial reports to the Health Department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Health Department will then send out letters to those families whose students are not up to date notifying them that they will be excluded from attending school on February 21<sup>st<\/sup>&nbsp;if they are not up to date by then.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Immunization Exclusion Day for ALL students is Wednesday February 21, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are the dates to use for running your&nbsp;<strong>HLT 414 report<\/strong>&nbsp;to determine which students are not up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Assessment date &#8211; 1\/17\/24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cutoff date &#8211; 12\/31\/23<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exclusion date &#8211; 2\/21\/24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Click&nbsp;<u>Insufficient<\/u>,&nbsp;<u>Incomplete<\/u>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<u>No Record<\/u>&nbsp;when running report<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Print a copy of your report so you can use it to make notes on it such as when phone calls were made, mail sent and when students were updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INCOMPLETE Students<\/strong>: Means they are not up to date. Check Alertiis for any new immunizations that you can update. Check that the CIS signature box has been checked.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>INSUFFICIENT Students<\/strong>: Always is a &#8220;data input error&#8221;.
