Dr. Harris assists families of children and adolescents with a variety of psychological and behavioral problems with special expertise in working with families of youth with chronic health conditions including diabetes, cystic fibrosis, inflammatory bowel disease, childhood cancer, and chronic pain.Dr. Harris`s research has involved the adaptation, implementation and evaluation of a family-based psychosocial intervention for adolescents with chronic conditions. Dr. Harris has received funding for his research from the Diabetes Research and Training Centers, National Institutes of Health, and the American Diabetes Association.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>May 19<\/strong>&nbsp;&#8211; JDRF Type One Walk,&nbsp; Drake Park.
