We’re stoked to have you on staff and appreciate all you are bringing to our program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Civil Rights Training Follow-Up: <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n This is from Kinsey Martin as a follow up to the training our NSE-based staff participated in on September 15th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Through our Excellence and Equity listening sessions in 2019, we gathered incredibly valuable information about our students and families: who they are, and what their experience is like in our district. However, we don\u2019t have this same level of information on one key district group: our employees. We care deeply about who you are and what it\u2019s like for you to work in our organization.<\/strong> Getting a better sense of this will help us ensure our staff have the same civil rights\u2019 protections as our students and families.
