First Step not on iPads…Now Safe Oregon and YouthLine <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

There is no longer a First Step app on student iPads. Now, iPads have a direct link to Safe Oregon and YouthLine. IT already did the update and student iPads should be up to date. This change in practice is also reflected on the district website and the district handbook. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NCAA updated their Guide for the Student Bound Athlete<\/strong><\/a>. This is a great tool to share with students who are interested in pursing Division 1, 2 or 3 NCAA sports. The Guide for High School Counselors<\/a> is still pending an update. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

ODE is seeking participants for K-12 SEL Framework and Standards Advisory Group <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This group will work with ODE to develop a K-12 SEL Framework and Standards for Oregon to be adopted by the State Board of Education by September 2023.
