Administrators reviewed it this week at their meeting.  Forecasting has moved up a few weeks for all levels!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incoming Grades 7-8 and 10-12  <\/strong>: February 20-March 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incoming Grade 9<\/strong>: March 6-17<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incoming Grade 6:<\/strong> March 20-24<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>PLC Follow up <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/14lXZkHYcgRl8Bovnlh1J4rR3AYefFx511ZzKX8-UGEQ\/edit?usp=sharing\">Link to Presentation<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please continue to fill in items that you find most important by grade level for your <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/196eqOLQfLVcEUWYwNZd6mWkugpbkLdkG3bgFp3WzjIo\/edit?usp=sharing\">Annual Calendar<\/a>. We hope to highlight some common items as a district and begin connecting and franchising our curriculum to support one another.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Synergy Documentation Rollout<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Student Conference in Synergy is live. We are working with Rachel to get everybody&#8217;s names in it so you can start using it with fidelity. Once it is up and running, we will push out some reminders and a short instruction video! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Work in Progress on Transcripts  <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The student \u201cStudent Classes\u201d in the Synergy screen should reflect all of the district programs where students are enrolled in order to make progress towards completion of their graduation requirements.&nbsp; Consequently, if students are concurrently enrolled at Bend-La Pine Schools Online (BLSO) or another high school in the district, their class enrollments will be listed on the \u201cStudent Classes\u201d and the Work in Program (WIP) on their transcript.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While it is the expectation that students complete all enrolled online classes during the school year, BLSO and the assigned OSSM will be communicating with students, families and counselors regarding progress, grades and if\/when a student has been dropped from a course(s) due to non-engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Annual Calendars Send what you have!
