It might help you as you plan for your short data share on June 2nd! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">June 2nd Reminders: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/17ckHhZL8sSET8-r0NJu6c9RwJZvD03gNoiKNtAp0gc0\/copy\"><strong>Flashlight Presentations<\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>5-7 minute presentation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Share results from your counseling department:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Student Conference Data<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Use of Time Analysis<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>SMARTE Goal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Present this data at June PLC meeting using district template\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will invite level leaders and admin to our end of the year PLC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Share with other Shareholders!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can share additional data should you want to! <strong>The template is a template, share what you can and feel free to add\/change<\/strong> <strong>to make it work for where you are at with your school.  <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>We know some of the data may not be fully ready, but please share what you can (even if progress not final)&nbsp;<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Jess is available to support you through this process of data sharing\/results. Please set up a time for her to come if you want her support in Results Reporting planning!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Upshift Update from Deschutes County <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The end of the year is approaching quickly and every school site in BLS has done a great job adopting and\/or implementing the UpShift program.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The last day of school is Thursday, June 15<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;(k-11). That means that the estimated cutoff date for referring low-medium risk students to Teen Intervene is&nbsp;<strong>Friday<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>May 26<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;<\/strong>(for completing sessions 1 &amp; 2). For completing sessions 1, 2 and the Parent session, the cutoff date is&nbsp;<strong>Wednesday, May 17<sup>th<\/sup>.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Seniors, the last day varies depending what school you are at (please plan accordingly).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>June 6 &nbsp;&#8211; the estimated cutoff date for referring low-medium risk students to Teen Intervene is Thursday, May 18<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;&nbsp;(for completing sessions 1 &amp; 2). For completing sessions 1, 2 and the Parent session, the cutoff date is Monday, May 8<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>June 1 &#8211; the estimated cutoff date for referring low-medium risk students to Teen Intervene is Friday, May 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;&nbsp;(for completing sessions 1 &amp; 2).
