“Use of Time” Coming Up<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have scheduled our Use of Time Data collection for November 13-17 and November 27-December 1st<\/sup>.  We are asking that all counselors complete this data gathering process.  Along with our Student Conference Data (Synergy Data) that you have inputted thus far, we will be sharing the compiled data with administrators and level leads in December.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is the information below with instructions on how to complete this process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is a link the Google Folder. In<\/a> it you will find a folder for each school and \u201cUse of Time Sheets\u201d for each counselor at that school.  There is one sheet for November 13-17 and another for November 27-December 1<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Use of Time Calculators are really easy to use, just put an X in the correct box for how you spent your time during that 15-minute period for each day.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here is a link to the agreements for our agreed activities for how to input and where<\/a>.  Please review this document PRIOR<\/strong> to completing the Use of Time data collection. We need to make sure we are all calibrated on how to input the data into the form.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Again, we will be sharing this data with each other as well as administration and level leads.  The more accurate it is, the more impactful it will be<\/strong>\ud83d\ude0a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
