We all struggle to sift through what is fact and what is fiction. It’s a topic we work to teach our students – how to know what is real and how to find credible sources. I came across this documentary, through NewsLit, that I think would be great for our high school students to watch. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“TRUST ME<\/a>” is a 90 minute, 15 segment documentary that explores how a lack of media literacy is causing physical, emotional and political problems.<\/p>
With support from the Knight Foundation<\/strong>, and a curriculum written by the News Literacy Project<\/strong>, The Getting Better Foundation<\/strong> is gifting \u201cTrust Me\u201d, a feature-length documentary, to the middle and high schools of the United States for one year starting October 6, 2020.<\/p>
