Here&#8217;s how it works:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have a container to hold a selection of books based on a theme. Could be a holiday, a character trait, new books, animal books, winter books, etc. <\/li><li>Check the books out to yourself<\/li><li>On each book cover, place a sticky note with the title of the book written on it.<\/li><li>Place the container of books in the staff lounge or where staff will see it. <\/li><li>Staff then pick a book, write their name on the sticky and place the sticky in your mailbox or you could leave an envelop in the container for them to place the stickies in, instead.<\/li><li>Place the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1hR4daeII1RUUFPX8TV6FCXqAJUDtw8QD\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=112906404934134264047&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">staff directions<\/a> in the container.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here&#8217;s a video of her explaining how it works. Staff really appreciate this idea. She created a wall of student book reviews that encourages students to check out books that their peers have liked.
