6/10-6/14 Weekly Update

“There is virtue in work and there is virtue in rest. Use both and overlook neither.”

Kudos to Culminations

Almost there!  Congrats to all of you and your students for another successful round of culminations.  There was no shortage of hard work and thought put into these activities! Thank you so much for all your hard work.  I know we have a few more classes to go, but there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel.

Last Assembly

Thank you, everyone, for the team-effort on that assembly this morning.  That was a lot to cover and I really don’t think we could have moved any faster and keep it fun for the kids.  I know it got chatty during the transitions, but that is to be expected after sitting on the floor for so long, especially with the exciting things being presented.

Placements

Thank you for all the work on the placements for next year.  Please remember to keep it confidential just in case we have to do any movement prior to the start of the year.

Field Day & Variety Day

Looking forward to a fun Field Day and Variety Show next week – thank you for your advance preparation!

Amity Team Visit

FYI – A small team from Amity will be visiting the campus next Thursday after school to take a look at our remodel.   I’ve already given Andy Slavin a tour of the campus and rooms to show what was done, so he will take them around to see what he wants them to see.

PE Outside

FYI – Scott will be outside for PE on the following dates;

  • Tuesday 6/11 after 1:15

Teacher iPads

If you have not already done so please turn in your iPads to Hannah by Friday 6/14.   I don’t have any information about replacements (who, when, what, etc) yet, but I will be sure to share as soon as I know.
