Here is the link to the second set: <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1BUBE3HawyC1gIz9F-ieY_jtHV_17DkYM2K86iYq5lOs\/edit?usp=sharing\"><strong>Link to SEL Activity Menu (Set 2)<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>Oh and don\u2019t forget to do something for yourselves this weekend!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Staff Meeting<\/strong> &#8211; Wednesday 9\/30 2:30-3:30 &#8211; WebEx &#8211; I will do a webex from my office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>BrainPOP<\/strong> &#8211; our subscription is now activated and all staff and students have accounts.&nbsp; We have our ticket into the district to get this pushed out to Clever &#8211; I would give until the end of next week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cohorts<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Classroom Cohorts &#8211; range from 5-15<\/li><li>Recess Cohorts &#8211; range from 20-35<ul><li>Kindergarten<\/li><li>1st grade<\/li><li>Park, Greene, Reisinger<\/li><li>Howard, Glogau, Therrian<\/li><li>Martinson, Vickery (for when 4\/5s return)<\/li><li>Green, Yeager-Woock (for when 4\/5s return)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Bus Cohorts &#8211; Unknown<\/li><li>Social Group Cohorts &#8211; TBD<\/li><li>Pull-Out Small Group Instruction Cohorts &#8211; TBD\u00a0 (groups to support students with IEPs)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Music\/PE during Hybrid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mostly same as last week with one more feature; Rob and Scott will rotate on a <strong>weekly basis<\/strong> for both the at home and in person instruction.&nbsp; This significantly reduced the cohorts they contact.<\/li><li><strong>Students will need iPads for music and PE.<\/strong>&nbsp; Music and PE instruction have a lot of limitations, but the iPads provide some solutions to these limitations.&nbsp; I know there will be some hesitation to younger students carrying these back and forth, but we need to move past this.&nbsp; It is necessary.<\/li><li>Week 1-&nbsp;<ul><li>PE = Kinder and Greene, Resinger, &amp; Park group<\/li><li>Music = 1st grade and Howard, Therrian, &amp; Glogau group<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Week 2 &#8211;<ul><li>PE = 1st grade and Howard, Therrian, &amp; Glogau group<\/li><li>Music = Kinder and Greene, Resinger, &amp; Park group<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Breakfast and Lunch during Hybrid<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Still working on a system to collect breakfast and lunch numbers ahead of time.<\/li><li>Also, still working on the who and when for delivering these to your rooms.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Recess<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Two zones will be established and there will be a weekly rotation for the different groups to utilize the different zones.<\/li><li>Cleaning of equipment is something that will happen daily, however I am still working on the best timing for this.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Master Schedule&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Here is a link to a proposed <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1gr1BFqA4zQYFfNrywcjh1beTrad0YxM_fR5bPIRQKTY\/edit?usp=sharing\">master schedule<\/a>.&nbsp; I\u2019ve done my best to to utilize our time well, reduce transitions, provide breaks, etc.&nbsp; &nbsp; You all should have commenting rights, so you can use those to ask questions or simply email me.<\/li><li>I am also including the 4th\/5th grade schedule to do my best to be prepared for their eventual return to campus.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Wednesdays are not shown, but the plan for that day is simple with an all class morning meeting first thing in the day and the remainder of the school day is your planning and prep time.&nbsp; I don\u2019t anticipate asking you to attend a principal or district-directed SIW for quite some time.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Unless I hear some different feedback I will use the 2:30-3:30 time slot on Wednesdays for any staff meetings as needed.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alternate Master Schedule shown below<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/QSSSYdr_ydc9DQI8sqsRs7dRSk9Bjav8YDceWIgQ2oTLw6A56H7vC_JgWC7wAhFvBaCsUw-y6hnpE-09Jw2Q4yM_yQmqf1TZDbRAhh-y-f_RWjHvCL_7qO1F7q45yaKudYOFE2OT\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Math and Literacy Coaches Update:&nbsp; <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1YHeRaLKXh7Dd0QROdMCCLsgxRP5sPHLGDZz0EYFh8Ko\/edit?usp=sharing\">https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1YHeRaLKXh7Dd0QROdMCCLsgxRP5sPHLGDZz0EYFh8Ko\/edit?usp=sharing<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A note from Heidi T.- Thank you so much for the positive feedback about the SEL menu!
