We put a request in for a sub for her secretary position which will help things run during this transition if we can find a sub.&nbsp; The Office Manager position is posted as a temporary position for the remainder of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following was shared from Oregon Department of Education and I felt it would useful;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How Can Schools Support Intersex Students?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Use inclusive language in school mission statements, such as a commitment to a safe and supportive campus for all students.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Affirm students\u2019 right to be free from all forms of sex discrimination at school.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Adopt policies that respect all students\u2019 gender identities and, where relevant, accurately reflect the diversity of human bodies.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Advance gender-neutral practices (e.g., have students line up alphabetically).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Maintain confidentiality about a student\u2019s medical information, except in the limited circumstances where disclosure is legally required.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Facilitate opportunities for students to find support from peers, teachers, faculty, and staff, such as student-led organizations, and identify or provide supportive resources.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 Provide professional development opportunities for educators on supportive treatment of intersex students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Equity Team<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our LEAD Cohort members, Erik &amp;
