This falls under the SEL competency of Self-Awareness. Here is a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1lS1z5-49g8VVyMaquJ0AayATmGRzTiKq?usp=sharing\">link <\/a>to some resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Student Appreciation Day 2022: <\/strong>Student appreciation day is back for another fun day of letting our students know how much we love them! Our PTO has approved some funds for snacks and decorations. I will need some help with decorations and\/or signs: here is a <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1lmgpfNmjP1tfEaNeSlVq18sb7xOVAj0GaetYtFKElmo\/edit?usp=sharing\">link <\/a>to sign up. I know last year some teachers even decorated their doors for the day (so fun!).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Staffing 2022-23 Update:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We will be interviewing for the teacher positions on Wednesday 6\/1 afternoon.&nbsp; Thank you all for your flexibility with the SIWs.<\/li><li>PE position is tentatively scheduled for Monday 6\/7 after school.<\/li><li>The music position posting is now closed.&nbsp; I am targeting Friday 6\/17 for those interviews.<\/li><li>ERC teacher &#8211; I am working with Colleen Funderberg on securing our new ERC teacher.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Placements: <\/strong>We will revisit these class lists on Wednesday, June 8.&nbsp; Similar schedule as this Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>iPad Roll In: <\/strong>&nbsp;Monday June 13th &#8211; Tuesday June 14th. &nbsp; Please see Debbie\u2019s email from Tuesday 5\/24 for more details.&nbsp; Huge Thank you to Debbie for organizing this process!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>OSAS Testing Progress:<\/strong>&nbsp; If you are interested in seeing our overall progress check <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1UASRiZK-LGpS-fwOVBqgTtbwG20cS4OqatsmK1gIvgU\/edit?usp=sharing\">here<\/a>.&nbsp; Also to help with finishing up here is the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1p4_Mkq_HXbr1Zv0gsA_0DZ_HjRL_Df53dMnB8wQWLUU\/edit?usp=sharing\">link <\/a>to a document to track the unfinished tests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Furniture\/stage:<\/strong> I am still planning on moving the furniture off the stage &#8211; I promise I have not forgotten. We are going to be phasing out the old, hand-made risers and replacing them with the flip-forms.&nbsp; The flip-forms are designed within the safety standards and they are more easily moved and cleaned compared to the wood ones. &nbsp; The flip-forms are fairly expensive so it will take some time to replace all of our risers; so in the meantime we will continue to use our old sets until they can be replaced, so long as they are not broken or unsafe.&nbsp;
