We were provided this information in our principal notes yesterday. Upon our return from spring break, we will provide a timeline for teaching the lessons. This will include parent contact/ permission protocols. In the meantime, if you would like to take a look at the materials ahead of time, you can find them here.

EBISS- We will be changing this from Wednesdays to Thursdays. Many meetings are called on Wednesdays for specialists and admin, making it difficult for everyone to attend. Thursdays are already grade level/PLC meetings, so once in a cycle your team’s Thursday meeting will be an EBISS meeting. We have updated the master meeting calendar. This will begin after spring break with fourth grade.

Duties- With the addition of a couple new students to some of our programs, we have had to adjust our duty schedule significantly. If you have a duty, please look at the schedule and see if it matches what you are doing. Please also look at the start times and do whatever is possible to be there at your start time. I realize that from time to time there will be things that interfere with you being on time, but remember when you are late, it impacts others. Thank you.

Conferences- Parent input forms should have gone out yesterday. Please see our guidelines for a timeline of what goes home and when.

Staffing- Believe it or not, it’s that time of year when we begin looking at staffing for next year. In the next week or two, we will be receiving our staffing allocations from the district office and will use those allocations to create a staffing plan. Please take a few minutes to complete this staff input form and turn it into Jon or Gary by Wednesday, April 6. These will help us if we need to make any changes to assignments for next year. Questions? Come and see us.

Masking- A couple reminders. Please make sure to talk to students about masks on Monday. A link was sent in the last set of notes.
