I’m sorry this post is so late in the week. My dear grandmother passed away on Wednesday so I spent the week with my family and only just returned to school today.

We are currently filming our puppet shows in Language Arts. I am hoping for a puppet movie premiere day on Monday or Tuesday of next week.

In Social Studies we will finish up our Egypt Unit this week and next week and plan tentatively for a social studies test on Tuesday Mar 5th depending on how far we get next week.

Our iPads have been an exciting addition to the classroom and we have been getting used to using the different apps to enhance our learning. One app we are really excited about is called edmodo, and is a platform where I can give quizzes, upload assignments, showcase student work, and take polls, among other fantastic features!
