Life and Career Readiness is defined as the integration of social and emotional learning, positive youth development and college and career readiness. The committee developed Core Beliefs and a Theory of Action to guide the review process. The committee has developed a draft infographic to visually represent the integration. The skills students gain during their K-12 years play a vital role in their success in life and career. The infographic details the course, and the climate in which Bend-La Pine students learn skills and gain experience to achieve outcomes that lead to graduation and future success.
