These two goals can be shared by a team or can be set individually. \u00a0 When you or your team have set your goals let&#8217;s sort out a time to meet before Thanksgiving, discuss, and sign-off on them.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Elementary <strong>SLGG Forms<\/strong> can be located\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1HEiD_Qfq6dsoetF9H7asO9-L6WvLml57\/view?usp=sharing\">here<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1dGf5rCnHaUtYN2bfP1QbZhSS-Tx0RVhP\/view?usp=sharing\">here\u00a0<\/a>and I will also put some hard-copies by the mailboxes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mini-Observations:\u00a0 <\/strong>Last year was the first year of the new Mini-Observation guidelines developed in the summer of 2017.\u00a0\u00a0 Below is a re-post of the information that was shared last year:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Probationary Years (#1-3)<\/strong>= Six observations total. Two\u00a0formal observations are required by the state. Four mini observations. \u00a0Two of the minis can be professional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Employee During Summative Evaluation Year<\/strong>=\u00a0Six mini observations. \u00a0Four classroom observations and two\u00a0professional observations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Contract Employee in non-evaluation Year<\/strong>= Three mini observations. \u00a0Two classroom observations and one professional\u00a0observation.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-152\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.bend.k12.or.us\/gary.defrang\/files\/2018\/10\/IMG_1436.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Are the <strong>Stars Aligning?\u00a0 <\/strong>We will have to see and as we wait, mark your calendars for November 13th, 15th , and 16th when the Sunriver Nature Center will be here with their giant planetarium.\u00a0\u00a0 We are planning that it will be set up in different neighborhood commons each day from 1:00-3:30 so classes can visit and learn in 2o minute rotations.
