Brandon and his Bend High School team will be competing this weekend at the state swim Meet in Beaverton. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Spirit Week <\/strong>will kick-off on Tuesday, March 1st and run through Friday, March 4th.  The final revisions to the flyer are being made today and will be available early next week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some reminders and notes for next week:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Tuesday: <strong>5<sup>th<\/sup> grade<\/strong> <strong>EBISS<\/strong> @ 2:30 in the Media Center<\/li><li>Wednesday: <strong>Trauma Informed Practices<\/strong> Took Kit Training @ 1:45 in the Media Center<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A note <strong>from Kinsey Martin<\/strong>: Want to obtain your <strong>ESOL endorsement <em>for free<\/em><\/strong>?!&nbsp; Bend-La Pine Schools has partnered with OSU to provide a <em>full scholarship<\/em> to five certified teachers, to participate in the endorsement program.&nbsp; To learn more about this opportunity; understand the timeline, application, and selection process; and ask questions, please join BLS and OSU:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Informational session and Q-and-A<\/li><li>Tues, March 8<sup>th<\/sup> 4:30-5:15pm&nbsp;<\/li><li>WebEx meeting: join <a href=\"https:\/\/bls.webex.com\/meet\/kinsey.martin\">here<\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/education.oregonstate.edu\/teams\">Here are<\/a> additional details about this opportunity, and <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSd87wLa2_iRJu2dkIzbCsQPmEPM3v_UOp5sjvBdT48Zyd2_SQ\/viewform\">here is<\/a> the application (due April 1, 2022).&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> In the coming weeks, <strong>drinking fountains<\/strong> in elementary schools will be turned back on.
