I&#8217;ll try to answer those for everyone. Please don&#8217;t hesitate to ask if any of this is not clear or you have other questions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You are only required to do summative evaluations on 1\/2 of your staff. They are now on an every other year evaluation cycle. You may evaluate someone every year if you feel it is necessary.<\/li>\n<li>You only need to have self evaluations from the people you are evaluating. You may have everyone do them, but you are not required.<\/li>\n<li>You must meet with all certified staff to review SLGG&#8217;s. You do not need to put SLGG&#8217;s into Talent Ed if the teacher is not being evaluated this year. Please keep a hard copy file of SLGG&#8217;s if it is not going into Talent Ed.<\/li>\n<li>You can call HR or me if you have any questions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Evaluation part b-<\/strong><\/span> Please remember to complete and submit your self evaluation on Talent Ed by May 26.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Testing-<\/strong><\/span> Here are a few reminders re: SBAC:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The window closes on June 9<\/li>\n<li>Be sure that all &#8216;Opt out&#8217; info is completely up to date. Here is the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/a\/gapps.bend.k12.or.us\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScKFw8JwAnd273c-elM6Ld6bHTir19NVqbnbTljpPl9vNZs6Q\/viewform?c=0&amp;w=1\">form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Please try the trouble shooting suggestions Dave emailed yesterday if students are having tech issues<\/li>\n<li>Please contact Stephanie Bent (ext. 1031) if students are kicked off an unable to get back where they were<\/li>\n<li>Be sure to get all tests completed by the end of the window!<\/li>\n<li>Thank you for all of your work\u00a0 on testing- I know it&#8217;s a massive undertaking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>School Design Photo\/ Sentence-<\/strong><\/span> Don&#8217;t forget to send a photo of some of your proudest school design work and sentence or two describing it to Alandra by next Friday, May 26.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Upcoming Events-<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>May 26- Self Evaluations Due<\/p>\n<p>May 29- Memorial Day- No School<\/p>\n<p>June 9- SBAC window closes<\/p>\n<p>June 22- Last day of school<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ll end with on a high note with this cool <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/a\/gapps.bend.k12.or.us\/file\/d\/0By9sJRluBirgbXY0SEMxY2YwbVU\/view?usp=sharing\">video<\/a> of some great stuff happening at Juniper!
