For Seniors, once they graduate, they will no longer be able to access their Bend-La Pine student accounts. If they want to keep any files, here’s how they can do that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Option 1 – Google Drive Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This method requires a personal Google account. It also works best if you perform the steps below holding your iPad in landscape mode.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

  1. In Files, on your iPad, create a folder called “Keep” or whatever you’d like to call it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    1. In photos, select the photos you want to save and then share them to \u201cFiles\u201d in the \u201cKeep folder\u201d you created.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. In Files (in landscape mode), find anything in your district Google Drive that you want to keep and drag it into the \u201cKeep folder\u201d you created.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. In Files, find anything in your iCloud that you want to keep and drag it into the \u201cKeep folder\u201d you created. (Just like you did in step 3.)<\/li>
        2. Close the Files app completely.<\/li>
        3. Now go to Google Drive and sign in to your personal Google account.<\/li>
        4. Open the Files app. Take the \u201cKeep folder\u201d and drag it into your personal<\/strong> Google account.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Option 2 – iCloud Method<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          This method requires a personal device. It also works best if you perform the steps below holding your iPad in landscape mode.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

          1. On your iPad make sure you are signed in with your district iCloud account.<\/li>
          2. In Files, create a folder called \u201cKeep\u201d or whatever you\u2019d like to call it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. In Files, find anything in your district Google Drive that you want to keep and drag it into the \u201cKeep folder\u201d you created.<\/li>
            2. In Files, drag the \u201cKeep folder\u201d into your iCloud.<\/li>
            3. On a personal device, go to iCoud.com<\/li>
            4. Sign in with your district account using your student email and password.<\/li>
