Common uses include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monitoring all student devices at once, displayed on the teacher device. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Locking iPads while giving instructions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Launching and locking an entire class or individual students into a specific app<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students can AirDrop to their teacher through Apple Classroom <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing small (ad hoc) groups of student devices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apple Classroom is available K-12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guide&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1CpKDy_OqbtN3bO66Jsado3Sc_91t3d_sAklR0N3SP1E\/edit?usp=sharing\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1CpKDy_OqbtN3bO66Jsado3Sc_91t3d_sAklR0N3SP1E\/edit?usp=sharing\">linked here<\/a> provides all the information you need to get started. Check out the<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1yhSEbTQlAd_xTGFvP66xJgsJocyMHNl3\/view?usp=sharing\">&nbsp;important features of Apple Classroom<\/a>&nbsp;in this short video.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Jamf Teacher <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">JAMF Teacher is a newer application for Bend-La Pine teachers and offers more restrictive controls than Apple Classroom.  Some considerations: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teachers create a pre-determined digital lesson that allows access to specific websites and applications while blocking all others<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It is best to set time limit to the least amount of time possible, 30 minutes is ideal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Jamf Teacher is available 6-12 <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use the instructions&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1dzhOR5LkqZDBFc-KmJNPiAPwSWuTkfsUIk4GXkoWYBU\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">linked here<\/a>&nbsp;to create your first JAMF Teacher lesson plan.
