Please review it and check with Debbie if you have questions.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of our board outreach, <strong>The Hope, Help, &amp; Heal Series <\/strong>is coming up in March and April. In order to make these events go smoothly, we are needing volunteers for each event. Volunteers can help  in 4 different ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Registration &amp; Resource Table<\/li><li>Welcome attendees, distribute group wristbands, ensure attendees sign in, staff resource table at conclusion of event<\/li><li>Group Escorts<\/li><li>Assigned\n a group to rotate with, assist with group management, if someone \ntriggered connect them with a Mental Health Support person<\/li><li>General Escorts<\/li><li>Remain\n in halls during breakout sessions and direct attendees to their rooms, \nmonitor hallways during event, connect anyone that needs mental health \nsupport to\n the Quiet Room<\/li><li>Mental Health Supports*<\/li><li><\/li><li>Professional  Mental Health or Behavioral Health provider who will assigned to staff a  safe room OR staff a break out session. If  you are already speaking at this event, or If you know of someone in  your organization who you think would be a great  fit for a volunteer position, please pass this along. After folks sign  up,  they will receive an email with detailed instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dr. Tim Feeney is coming to Bend<\/strong> on March 5  and will focus on strategies for providing collaborative supports for youth who demonstrate significant behaviors.  District <strong>admin has an opportunity to meet personally with Tim on March 8 <\/strong>(7:30am  \u2013 10:00am in the Board Room) to speak with him about working with students who demonstrate challenging behaviors. Please <em>let Hayley Etnier know if you plan on joining on March 8<\/em>. Here is <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1rDtKDEwzGTWVz-uIfeffUPtVTlSpSAr6\/view?usp=sharing\">a flyer for additional information.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>One Class at a Time:<\/strong>  Mid Oregon Credit Union in Partnership with KTVZ is sponsoring this program that highlights one classroom a month that is doing something unique with our students.  The teacher is rewarded with $500 to use towards a project.  Consider <strong>nominating one of your teachers<\/strong> for this OR send this info to your staff so they can enter themselves!  Let&#8217;s get the word out about the cool opportunities happening in our schools!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reminders:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here is a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1s5k-_XF5oiLc8jnAPOZidxJbBp_qk3Li\/view?usp=sharing\">reminder sheet<\/a> from Andrea about changes to our AR&#8217;s. Be sure to replace old forms with this new Field Trip form! <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Calendar:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Monday, March 4:<\/strong>  HS Principal meeting 7:15 at Jackson&#8217;s Corner eastside<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Daylight Savings Time<\/strong> starts on Sunday, March 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No Leadership meeting<\/strong> this month.
