Jim and I are still working on placing a few folks and will be approving postings on a case by case basis until those are completed.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Information:<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Here is an important note from Alandra<\/strong>:  First off, thanks to everyone who submitted a student suggestion for our annual family handbook and calendar, which is sent home to every family in the district. We have some stellar nominees! That said, we could still use your help: We have an over-representation of female students and could use some <strong>additional male student nominees<\/strong>. Please help us and nominate a student today using this form:&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/1pnin61efE78dYWNA\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/1pnin61efE78dYWNA<\/a> We want to highlight students from all backgrounds and abilities. Feel free to share this request with your staff and thank you for helping us highlight our incredible students!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our next <strong>HS Administrators meeting<\/strong> is at the <strong>Brinson Campus this Monday, April 22 at 3:15.<\/strong>  I have asked Mike and Roger to share about their respective schools then Dan Dummit and Walt Norris will be joining us from Maintenance to talk about the district and building roles in keeping our facilities clean and functioning efficiently.  There will be time for questions.  We are fortunate to have Walt and Dan as partners in keeping up our facilities!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We recently revised the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1d-Be1QYet5ii2yakS8PIw7nJzoKSe-s_\/view?usp=sharing\">District Photo\/Video AR<\/a>.  Our cameras are an important tool in our ability to monitor our facilities and one that we all use regularly.  One of the key changes I want to highlight from this AR is the role of <em>Campus Safety and Security Officers<\/em> in using our cameras.  CSSO&#8217;s are authorized to <strong>Live view and archive view only<\/strong>.  Administrators should oversee <strong>archiving (saving) footage<\/strong>.  The circumstances under which we would need to save footage is something I have asked Scott and Julianne to train on this fall so we are clear on when this is necessary\/appropriate.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Reminders:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for submitting your <strong>Perseverance Award<\/strong> winners to Andrea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If you haven&#8217;t already, please work with your leadership team to \u201cwalk\u201d one major site decision through an equity lens<\/strong> process using equity questions that Lora sent.
