Staffing Updates:<\/strong> Nothing new to report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2019-2020 ICCL Openings:\u00a0<\/strong>Our 2019-2020 ICCLs will be Heather Korman, Jessica Scott, Jenn Kandra, and Olivia Variel. Thanks, ladies, for your willingness to serve our school. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eagle Spirit Assembly:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Our final assembly will be on the last day of the school year at 9:15. We are planning to celebrate a great school year and the departing 5th<\/sup>\u00a0grade class. More details will follow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

iPad Collection:<\/strong>\u00a0Intermediate iPad collection will take place on Monday June 10th. A detailed schedule and instructions will be emailed out to teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certified Evaluations:<\/strong>\u00a0Specialists… please be sure to connect with Frank or me to find a time to meet for your end of the year evaluation. I won’t have any availability for new evaluation meetings this week (if we already scheduled a meeting for this week, we are still on.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19-20 Class Lists:<\/strong>\u00a0Please be sure to take a close look at the behavioral and reading columns for balance (if able, take a close look at math as well). There is some balancing that needs to happen in most grade levels.\u00a0\u00a0Here is the link<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summer Read: <\/strong> The PBIS team will be reading\u00a0Relationship, Responsibility, and Regulation: Trauma -Invested Practices for Fostering Resilient Learners<\/a><\/em>\u00a0<\/a>by\u00a0Kristin Souers and Peter A. Hall.\u00a0\u00a0This will be a book that the PBIS team refers to next year as we plan professional development.\u00a0\u00a0This book is a follow up to the book we used last year,\u00a0Fostering Resilient Learners: Strategies for Creating a Trauma Sensitive Classroom<\/em>.\u00a0\u00a0If you are interested in getting your own copy to read over the summer (and are committed to reading the book), please let Frank know by the end of the week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
