I recommend chatting with Debbie and\/or Scott in the next few weeks to see how to get it going with your students.  Our staff agendas are PACKED for the next few months, so I doubt there will be a staff-wide training before December or January.  However, between Scott, Debbie G., Debbi M., and Sara, you have lots of people who can at least get you and your kids started quite quickly in the short run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Conferences:<\/strong>\u00a0Our conference schedule this year will be 7:30-3:30 prep on Wednesday, 3:30-7:30 conferences on Wednesday,  7:30-7:30 conferences on Thursday, and Friday off.  Below are a few additional items for you to know for scheduling:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Siblings and families that need translators should be scheduled first. \u00a0Melinda will be coordinating this over the next week or so. \u00a0THANK YOU, Melinda!!!<\/li><li>We will schedule sibling conferences on Monday, October 7th in the media center at 2:45. Please come to this meeting with an empty schedule (besides your conferences that require translators).<\/li><li>Out of courtesy to your colleagues, please do not schedule a sibling conference outside of our \u201csibling zone\u201d (Wed 3:30-7:30, Thur 11:30-7:30) without talking with the siblings\u2019 teachers first.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10\/1 Staff Meeting Agenda:<\/strong>  Below is the staff meeting agenda for your planning.  We have a lot to cover, so please be on time&#8230; we will start at 2:45 sharp.  Classroom teachers will complete SLGGs in this meeting.
