Forecasting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><br>Hello LPHS Hawk Students and Families!<\/em> <em>How time flies\u2026.we are getting ready to forecast for your 21-22 SCHOOL YEAR ALREADY!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Forecasting&nbsp;will be all virtual this year,<\/strong>&nbsp;and unfortunately,&nbsp;<strong>students will have to do this on their own time.<\/strong>&nbsp; We encourage students to use our office hours and\/or IPSI for this process.&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>What you need to do:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>STEP 1.\u00a0<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/G4kM8aunOQU\" target=\"_blank\">Check your transcript<\/a>.\u00a0<\/strong>https:\/\/youtu.be\/G4kM8aunOQU<\/em> <\/li><li><em>STEP 2.\u00a0<strong>Forecast for your classes March 8-March 12<\/strong>. You will receive a form and a video tutorial via email on Monday, March 8th.\u00a0DUE Friday, March 12 at 4 pm<\/em><ul><li><em>Once your forecast selections are submitted, you will receive an email with your course selections so you have a record of your request and can use that information for step 3.<\/em><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><em>STEP 3.<strong>\u00a0Request course selections in Synergy March 15-19.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>You will receive a video tutorial via email on Monday, March 15th.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>You will use the selections sent to your email and register for classes via Course Request in Synergy.\u00a0\u00a0DUE Friday, March 19 at 4 pm<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>There will be NO schedule changes next year.<\/strong>&nbsp; If students don&#8217;t forecast, we will be creating schedules for them and we are NOT changing schedules.&nbsp; Instead, LPHS Counseling will be offering students small group support in organization skills and stress management skills, both will include support in asking for help and working through change. At registration, they will be able to sign up for this support instead of changing their schedules.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>How do I know if I am on track to graduate?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>By the end of 9th grade year, I will have completed 6.5 credits<\/em><\/li><li><em>By the end of 10th grade year, I will have completed 13 credits&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><li><em>By the end of 11th grade, I will have completed 19.5 credits<\/em><\/li><li><em>By the end of 12th grade, I will have completed 26 credits<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>If you are credit deficient, you should currently be in IPSI after school.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p They may physically come into the Library to do so.<\/li><li>Library books are available for checkout.
