A Very Happy Monday All!
I hope Conversations<\/em> went very well and that you enjoyed the very we’ll deserved long weekend. We’re headed into the last part of the year, always a busy and exciting time!

A few notes to get you rolling:<\/strong>
1) If you were not able to meet with a family or two (or three, four?) for a Conversation, please reach out one last time to try and set up a time to meet. Also, anything I need to know coming out of Conversations<\/em>?

2) A few field trips this week<\/strong>:
*Tuesday-Grade 4 heads to Knott Landfill
*Friday-Grade 2 heads to Fall River

3) District ICCL on Tuesday–Brian, Sara, and I will be leaving school around 2:30pm for this.

4) SIW this week is Educator Network<\/strong>–we’ll do this together at Amity. This will be an introduction to our new math curriculum. The online presentation will be from 1:55-3:15pm, which will include a Q and A from 3-3:15.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5) Fire drill on Thursday <\/strong>at 10:35

6) Our DIBELS date has changed<\/strong>–it will now be on May 12

7) Just a reminder that Child Abuse Prevention lessons<\/strong> need to be completed by the end of the month. Please let me know once you are done as I have to report back to the district. Thanks!

8) Bread and Jam on Friday<\/strong>

Lastly, a few of us will be attending Stacey’s Celebration of Life on Friday at 2pm. The plan is to have an end of day recess from 1:45-2pm which will free up the group that is headed to the celebration. We can talk more about this later in the week.
