Masking Updates <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you know, on Monday masking will no longer be required, but will instead be strongly recommended in our schools. This change has truly brought out the spectrum of emotions amongst our students and staff – some are excited, some are anxious, some are anxiously excited – and this will present us with a new challenge of ensuring all members of our community feel that their choice is respected. We will continue to foster an environment of respect and inclusion for all of our students and staff. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please, take some time ahead of Monday to talk with your student about their feelings around the switch in requirements for masking at school and to remind them the wearing or not wearing of a mask at school is a personal choice and that it is no one\u2019s place to make anyone feel less-than as a result of that choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
