Dear Golden Eagle families,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I write this email dressed as one of our 8th grade students, and he’s dressed as me today. Tomorrow, Friday, is Monster Mash: Our annual Halloween Dance. This whole week we’ve been wearing pajamas, neon, and dressing as twins. This fun, connected, safe, humorous culture sets the stage for high levels of trust and learning. I hope you agree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks for being a part of the magic with us. You only get one childhood. Let’s make it special and secure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reminder: Fall Conference Open House and Sign-ups<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please join us for our Open House Style Conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 29 and 30, from 4:00-5:00 and 5:45-8:00. In each classroom, your student will share what they are working on and you will have the opportunity to speak with your student’s teacher.  Privacy is not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On Thursday, October 31, we offer scheduled conferences to support students struggling in a particular class. Please sign up for an available time to connect with your student’s teacher.  We kindly request that conferences start and stop on time in order to best serve all PCMS families. In order to serve as many families as possible, we must start and end conferences according to the schedule. Thanks for understanding!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attending Mountain View Football Games<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mountain View High School is very grateful for the community support of our Football program.  We understand the important role that high school football games play in our community.  Having your middle school student attend a Mountain View night game is part of that supportive community.  Due to safety and supervision, the expectation for middle school guests and families are below.  Thank you in advance for supporting these expectations.  We look forward to seeing you at our next game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. All middle school students must be accompanied by an adult in order to enter the game.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Backpacks or skateboards are not allowed in stadiums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Outside food or drink is not allowed in stadiums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Students are expected to refrain from rough-housing, littering and inappropriate language.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Students are not allowed to re-enter a stadium once they leave.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. It is recommended that you purchase tickets online, ahead of time, to avoid a longer wait at the front gate.  Tickets can be purchased here<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Photo Retake & Make-up Day<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Photo Makeup \/ Retake Day takes place on Tuesday, 11\/5. This day is for students who were not present on Thursday, 9\/26 and for students who need, not want, to have their photos retaken. If you have purchased a photo packet and you want your student to have their photo retaken, please return the photo packet to the main office by Tuesday, 11\/5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Believe it! Lost and found is already overflowing!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Students are responsible for checking lost and found regularly throughout the school year. PCMS will not be held responsible for items that are not claimed. All unclaimed lost and found items will be donated to a local charity in need on the following dates. Make a point to check our collection during upcoming conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
