On Monday, please have students log into online PE and show you where they are at&#8230; consider tracking their progress with them. Complete the BrightBytes survey (see below). <strong>Student instructions are in the announcements!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Tuesday<\/strong>: Please meet your Crew in your Crew room. Complete the Pump &amp; Stretch sign up for the next three weeks. Use the extra time to extend Crew to prepare for and\/or practice SLC&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>LOCKOUT &amp; FIRE DRILL TUESDAY at 9:30am<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Just a heads up!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>START TIME SURVEY &#8211; 2 QUESTIONS ONLY!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Employee Start Times input:<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong> Due to the changes to student start times in the coming school year, it is likely that many employees will see changes in their regular work day start and end times.\u00a0 The District Lead Together (DLT) team discussed the issue and is seeking to listen broadly to employee preferences and related suggestions.\u00a0 This team is made up of teachers, classified staff and administrators.\u00a0 This group focuses on issues that impact student learning and employees as a team.\u00a0 <strong>By Dec 7<\/strong>, we are asking you to run a quick <strong>face to face meeting<\/strong> to explain our interest in gathering employee input about work day hours and then <strong>provide a few minutes for them to complete the 2-question survey below<\/strong>.\u00a0 Thank you for your help!<\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"padding-left: 30px\">The student start and end times for the 19-20 school year are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">*Elementary \u2013 8:00 \u2013 2:30<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">*Middle \u2013 8:45 \u2013 3:40<\/li>\n<li class=\"x_MsoNormal\">*High \u2013 8:45 \u2013 3:45<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><strong>Below is the link to the high school survey.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal\" style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/BLP_HS_workday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/BLP_HS_workday<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>BRIGHTBYTES SURVEY FOR STUDENTS <span style=\"color: #ff0000\">AND STAFF<\/span>&#8230;. I will have paper copies ready for you on Conference day and you will collect them at end of each conference and use them to enter a score in your Crew grade book. Please walk through this rubric with students in Crew this week prior to &#8220;practice&#8221; and remind them that SLC&#8217;s are an important part of their &#8220;crew grade&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Also ready is the SLC &#8220;fillable planner&#8221; (again, linked inside the lesson flow below and on in SLC team drive folder)<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">Please consult the &#8220;calendar&#8221; on page 1 of our<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1NJjVWY3TNNI34x9yEj_yq3FvAxIho4HFEiqHSaodU38\/edit#\">\u00a0Crew Lesson Flow For SLC&#8217;s<\/a><\/strong> as we have important SLC prep lessons this week!<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>MINI OBSERVATIONS AND WALK THROUGHS COMING!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\">I am looking forward to getting into classrooms and spending some time in conversation with you about lesson planning, lesson delivery, and \/or whatever else is on your mind related to teaching!
