The ICCL team will be finalizing our plan for building agendas for these, but currently the idea is to balance the following priorities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>time for current expeditions and other team planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time for grade level crew curriculum creation (AND documentation)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time to wrap up our SLGG academic goal (and quality work protocol)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time to dig into our YouthTruth data to see what we can learn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>time to look ahead at 2023-24 and gather input on priorities for budget\/time\/efforts!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-fe48e5de wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\"><strong>SIW PLANNER and AGENDAS (in progress)<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Friday April 14th &#8211; no students at RMS\/RHS! <\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will be participating in a\u00a0<strong>quality\u00a0work\u00a0protocol <\/strong>as a whole staff with time in our &#8220;2 Realms&#8221; staff groups. Our goal here is to get a chance to share and see some examples of student\u00a0work\u00a0that is happening in classes across the schools and to learn from each other.\u00a0This will be the &#8220;wrap up&#8221; of our SLGG academic goals&#8230; the IDEA is that you bring <strong><em>student work that connects directly to your SLGG<\/em><\/strong> and that HOPEFULLY also includes some aspects of <strong><em>authenticity, craftsmanship, and\/or complexity.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Prepare in advance and bring:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Teachers need to hold back student\u00a0work\u00a0samples (same product from 2-3 different students &#8211; level 4-ish\u00a0work\u00a0only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teachers need to provide the assignment and the rubric for the product &#8211; printed out so these are easy to read. Larger than normal font is great, if possible.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflection on SLGG strategy (content teachers)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Support staff:<\/strong> You won&#8217;t be bringing\u00a0work\u00a0samples but YOU WILL be participating in this protocol to speak to access points and differentiation (SPED teachers, BYRT, Counseling etc.)\u00a0<strong>EAs and classified staff: <\/strong>You aren&#8217;t expected to participate but are welcome to jump in if you feel like being an observer\/student lense assistant.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-color has-text-color\">UPDATE ON REPORTING SICK DAYS AND OTHER FRONTLINE\/UKG ASKS&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are still &#8220;figuring out&#8221; the kinks of the new HR system&#8230; so in the meantime, a few reminders:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Absences should be entered in Frontline by the teacher ASAP:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>personal days <\/strong>will still need to be approved by RW, so it doesn&#8217;t hurt to communicate with an email or verbally as well as we work through learning the systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for <strong>school business leave<\/strong> (usually for planning or pd but some other things too) this needs to be approved in advance by RW and please DO put a &#8220;note to admin&#8221; in Frontline so Jennifer can see what the leave is for (and figure out an account code!)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>for <strong>sick leave,<\/strong> just enter the absence in Frontline (ASAP is good), no approval is needed. If you are unsure if an absence qualifies as sick leave or some other kind of leave, just consult the contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-blue-color has-text-color\">3rd Trimester Duty Schedule<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the weather improves we need to keep our supervision duties robust!
