MS Movie Night and HS Fall Fest!<\/strong> Details and volunteer outreach coming soon from Caleb and Allie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Here are the next 5 SIW’s coming up! <\/p>\n\n\n\n ALSO OUR CONFERENCE SCHEDULE<\/strong> – our conferences schedule includes is Wednesday 2:30PM – 8:00PM (there will be a dinner break!) and then conferences from 8-12 on Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon is reserved for PD\/Planning from 1PM – 4PM!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The added time we have for PD on morning of Friday Oct 27th and afternoon of Thursday November are “District approved” extra<\/em><\/strong> non contact time that Realms gets as part of being an EL Education school. This planning goes best when all our teachers and student support team members are present to work in collaboration. Therefore we encourage<\/em> staff to try<\/em> not to schedule personal days during these days if possible! Some already have requested and been approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We are starting week #5 of a 12 week trimester (does not incl our 1st “short week”), meaning we are nearing the 50% mark! This also means that it is essential that students (and parents) should by now have access to assignment completion and assignment grading data in StudentVue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n After a pretty comprehensive “drive thru” of our gradebooks, it appears that most of you are solidly on your way with standards, connected assignments\/assessments, score data and missing assignment data looking pretty complete. There are a few of you who have either been impacted by the SYnergy gradebook My Objectives issue or you have been waiting to input grades “just in case” the fix causes an disruption. However I believe that Zach and I have checked in with each of those individuals and we have solutions for you to move fwd ASAP..<\/p>\n\n\n\n SO…. Please make sure your gradebooks are getting updated (including<\/em><\/strong> Crew<\/em><\/strong> at the high school!) asap and that you are directing students (and families where appropriate) to their scores on standards and any missing assignments during class and\/or during crew!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Midterm Progress Reports should go out on Friday October 27th, or that weekend if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You all are doing awesome things with kiddos, INSIDE and OUTSIDE the classroom. Access to good photos is super helpful for three reasons: FUNDRAISING<\/strong>, ENROLLMENT OUTREACH and YEARBOOK<\/strong>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Thanks for dropping your photos in any of these shared albums! OR, if you only have time to email or text them to me, then do that!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n ONE THING TO OWN<\/strong> ON OUR END<\/strong> – the numbers of teacher reports on the behavior report form that indicate “need follow up”<\/strong><\/em> is currently outpacing the ability that Zach\/Roger (with help from our SSC’s) have capacity to follow up on in a timely manner.
