In order for us NOT to lose this, we need to take delivery of what we order by June 30th at the latest&#8230; and some places are slow to deliver, <strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">so I have an ASK!<\/span><\/strong> We need to get our orders to Jennifer for her to place by Wednesday of this coming week &#8211; Yikes! <strong><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">THANKS SO MUCH IN ADVANCE!<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These $&#8217;s are primarily geared for ordering the &#8220;textbooks&#8221; (including novels, e-books and other electronic textbooks, and even teacher resources books). <strong><em>HOWEVER, we have been given some permission to use some of these $&#8217;s ALSO for &#8220;supplies\/equipment&#8221; that we need in order to &#8220;support our existing curricula&#8221;. <\/em><\/strong>We have this flexibility because as a magnet school and an EL School the folks at the District understand that in some classes we may be less &#8220;textbook driven&#8221; and need fewer resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I would like for each of our teachers to look ahead into next year and consider:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>What curriculum materials do our students need next year in support of the courses and content in our master schedule? <\/strong>And how many sets\/subscriptions? Please use the <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1mmUekbdEUKPzfTNUVcGnstbLNFDwg1CSwroRuEKraJo\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\">District Order Sheet<\/a> to <strong><em>see what other schools and departments are using.<\/em><\/strong> Obviously ordering electronic curric resources make MOST SENSE right now given that remote learning of some kind is a likelihood next year. Please do NOT use the District Sheet to place your order! <strong>Instead, use this <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/spreadsheets\/d\/1TgkxzZ23i0LLPPma7Rq4AXW-ZHY5G_H1Sgo3lnF7xWg\/edit#gid=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Internal Order Sheet<\/a>.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>What supplies\/equipment do you need next year in support of your course content?<\/strong> While the priority for this $ is curriculum, we will also get another curriculum allotment for next year, so if there are $&#8217;s remaining after we have ordered the curriculum we need, we CERTAINLY can use this for supplies.
