Schools were provided with a supply when they first came out. We are currently out of filled fanny pack first aid kits. We have new fanny packs on order. It is preferred that staff report to their office manager, so the school is aware of the absence. Our COVID-19 support team does not report absences to schools. **No need to text Tami, Michelle, or the school nurse. A Field Trip \/ Activity Request Form must be completed and approved prior to the trip date.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>PE (and music) PLCs:\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0Here is the <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1jwNirLm1XuQStAlSBGUfh8LkavxhtgqQhOS9bOYt8Hk\/edit?usp=sharing\"><strong>Master Calendar of PE PLCs<\/strong><\/a>.\u00a0 Please make a note that these days are protected\u00a0 for PE and Music PLCs and you should not plan anything in your building that you need them to attend.\u00a0 If you have a part time music\/PE teacher who\u2019s hours are not within the SIW day, they still should attend that amount of SIW time (example, a half time teacher should attend half of the SIWs).\u00a0 Here is the tricky part:\u00a0 If their hours do not extend into the SIW day, you have a couple of options to make it right contractually for them to attend.\u00a0 One, working with the teacher, you can adjust their hours during the week they need to attend a SIW so they can attend within their contractual time or two, you can timesheet them for 90 minutes to attend.\u00a0 Both of those ways make it possible for them to attend and be fairly compensated. Please communicate this with your PE and music teachers, as attending and participating in their PLCs is important and an expectation for all.\u00a0 Thanks for showing your support for this important work.
