WHERE: Summit HS Commons
WHAT: All Learning Specialists, School Psychologists, and Speech Pathologists will be working in teams to prepare for the 2022-2023 school year. More information to come. This will be your required district training.
From Transportation
2022-2023 Students with transportation on IEP
- All students must have a new transportation plan request for the new school year.
- The transportation plans should include: the grade the student will be in for the 22-23 year.
- Family contacts confirmed/updated (phone numbers and address).
- The correct school that the student will be attending in 22-23.
- Plans should have medical and behavioral plans attached if applicable.
- Special considerations should have content (not left empty, why is student needing special transportation services). Any special needs: i.e. wheel chair/safety vest.
- Bell times must match for the appropriate grade/school. Anything outside of the bell schedule for that grade must be discussed/agreed upon with transportation.
- Case manager for students stepping up to a new school are to submit plan requests for their students that are matriculating to a new school.
All plan requests for the 22-23 school year must be submitted by 6/3/22, for the student to be routed to start on 9/7/22. Any new students to the district, and any requests received after the deadline will be routed as soon as possible.
All students must fall within the school boundary unless they are an approved district placement. No ACR students will be eligible for transportation.
