Weekend<\/u><\/b> COVID-19 case reporting for Bend-La Pine Schools<\/b><\/h3>\n

To report a COVID-19 case over the weekend, we have a contact tracer “hotline” number that you can call. This will connect you to the contact tracer “on call” for that weekend. <\/h4>\n

The number is 541-355-6930.<\/h4>\n

For positive cases reported over the weekend<\/u><\/b>: <\/h4>\n

    Please complete the COVID Positive, Primary Symptom, Exposure Reporting Form<\/a>. <\/h5>\n<\/li>\n

    Please call the Contact Tracer Hotline number and leave the following information on the voicemail.<\/h5>\n

      Hi all!
      Many of you have had questions regarding Private schools, Home schooling, and Bend-La Pine Online.\u00a0 Here is the information document that I have been working on.\u00a0 I will update as needed as additional information and questions come in.<\/h3>\n

      Building your teams:<\/strong>
      o   Benefits to YOU:<\/p>\n

      –  You only have to build the team once per semester.  When the semester starts, change only the team members that need to be.  Just a few rather than the entire team.
      –  The team tab will populate documents in Synergy: Eligibility Summary, Placement, and IEP. You only need to delete those that didn\u2019t attend-much easier than adding new names.
      –  You can list \u201cTeams Tab\u201d on the meeting request, rather than having to type in every name.<\/p>\n

      o   Benefits to RCC:<\/p>\n

      –  Pre-populates to Meeting Notice saving time!!!!
      –  It\u2019s more consistent from Doc to Doc when reviewing.
      –  RCC uses the Team Tab to help with email addresses when using Adobe Sign for signatures<\/p>\n

      –  Click the link above for all you need to know on adding or removing Team members.
      –  ESD staff will need to be added while you are focused to Bend-La Pine Schools
      –  Less is better when doing a search.  For example, enter the last name and the first initial.
