  1. When scanning items to RCC, please:<\/strong><\/span>\n

    1. \u00a0scan them to yourself FIRST<\/u><\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. THEN<\/strong> forward them to RCC<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    3. When sending in a request for scheduling, please:<\/strong><\/span>\n
        \n
      1. put in your personal WebEx address<\/u>, not just \u2018Webex\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
      2. After you have sent in an in-state transfer for RCC for roll over, please remember:<\/strong><\/span>\n
          \n
        1. You must<\/strong> have a meeting with the team (parents\/gen ed teachers)\n
            \n
          1. This can be done with a phone call and signed Written Agreements<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
          2. Meeting notes-and Attendance are required<\/li>\n
          3. At this meeting you need to decide:\n
              \n
            1. to either accept the IEP as is OR<\/li>\n
            2. to write a new one as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
