We have seen an increase&nbsp;in the number of meetings invites going out with out-of-date staff names.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There are great instructions on the portal that go over how to update a student&#8217;s team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/sites.google.com\/bend.k12.or.us\/student-services-resource-site\/synergy-se\/teams\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Attaching\/Uploading documents:<\/strong><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>We appreciate attempts to be efficient but kindly request that rather than uploading documents in Synergy that you please just include them in an email attachment to our team. There are specific locations, names and categories that we use when uploading documents. This allows for consistency district wide on how and where documents are uploaded. Recently documents have been popping up in unusual locations within a student&#8217;s process and we are having to spend time locating them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please help us welcome Rebekkah Quinn!<\/strong>&nbsp;We are excited&nbsp;to have a new member on our&nbsp;team and so appreciate all of your patience recently as we worked through our queue. Call or email if you have any&nbsp;questions and feel&nbsp;free to pop in and say hi \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Records Clerks Central<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>FROM THE DESK OF SARA YOUNG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>It\u2019s time to start planning for ESY!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ESY case managers please send <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1GdKZ0RSDqX0JO8Tq0EfiYHIsSrcQ8-4F?usp=drive_link\">this form<\/a> (available in English and Spanish) to all families whose child qualifies for ESY, per their IEP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Considerations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before sending home, please review the child\u2019s IEP and mark whether they will attend:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>8:30-10:00 am session (less than 90 minutes per week on the IEP) or the 8:30-11:30 session (90 minutes or more per week on the IEP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GRO\/EXCEL for students who have ONLY behavior\/emotional\/social skills as their ESY goals (flyers from Bend Park and Recreation coming soon!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please send completed forms back to Sara Young by Friday, April 19th.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From your friendly district records clerks: Please update the student&#8217;s team&nbsp;tab before submitting a meeting request.
