___June 1,<\/span> All Restraint and Seclusions that happen in the last week of school need to be turned into Krista Baker by noon on June 22nd
\n___June 5,<\/span> Complete and finalize Prior Written Notices in Synergy for students:
\n~ <\/strong>Graduating or transitioning to T.C.: Prior Written Notice of Graduation or Post-
\nSecondary. Summary of Performance must also be completed prior to finalizing the
\nPWN of Graduation
\n~ <\/strong>Who have moved: Prior Written Notice of Moved, Continuing Education
\n~ <\/strong>Who have dropped out: Prior Written Notice of Non-Attendance\/Drop out
\n___June 5,<\/span>\u00a0IEPs and all related IEP documentation to your Records Clerk for review
\nIf after June 5th, you are responsible for finalizing all documents, uploading and attaching to the correct process in Synergy, and getting paperwork to parents. SPED teachers and SLPs will have to have an \u201call complete\u201d email from Shannon Watters to check out with site Principal. Progress reports and all paperwork will need to be completed.
\n___June 5,<\/span> 2020-2021 transportation requests – PLEASE SEND PLANS ON ALL<\/span> YOUR STUDENTS (transportation needs to know a student is still in BLPS and on a bus)<\/span><\/strong>

\n___<\/span>June 11,<\/span> Psych Test kits and materials \u2013 return all kits to RCC through inter-district mail. Update the test kit check out list.

\n~ SLPs \u2013 Finish inputting Medicaid logs into ORMED;
\n~ Nurses \u2013 Scan or mail your final fee tickets
