If you are moving to a new location –<\/span> take your laptop and district issued iPad with you<\/span>
If you are leaving the district –<\/span> bring your laptop and district issued iPad(s) to Denise Sevigny in the Ed Ctr TLC Office 314.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you are moving to a new location or leaving the district:<\/span>

         1. Graduating or transitioning to T.C.: Prior Written Notice of Graduation or Post-Secondary. Summary of Performance must also be completed prior to finalizing the PWN of Graduation
         2. Who have moved: Prior Written Notice of Moved, Continuing Education
         3. Who have dropped out: Prior Written Notice of Non-Attendance\/Drop out<\/p>\n

If after June 11th, you are responsible for finalizing all documents, uploading and attaching to the correct process in Synergy, and getting paperwork to parents. SPED teachers and SLPs will have to have an \u201call complete\u201d email from Shannon Watters to check out with site Principal. Progress reports and all paperwork will need to be completed.<\/p>\n
