Below is the Power Point that was\nshared during our SIW this week.&nbsp; In case\nyou were absent or wanted to revisit some of the concepts I wanted to provide\nit for you.&nbsp; Good reminders of best\npractice and how we are needing to look at our students differently and perhaps\nneed to adjust ourselves, our routines, our expectations in order to best\nsupport them at school. &nbsp;I recognize these shifts don\u2019t happen\n\u2018overnight\u2019- but it is good to continue the conversation and have a growth\nmindset with ourselves as we try new ways to show students we care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1XbOEwGXJ2-WX3SVhhFFkPcXCrdoCWIwIYiB00qY4I8c\/edit?usp=sharing\">https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1XbOEwGXJ2-WX3SVhhFFkPcXCrdoCWIwIYiB00qY4I8c\/edit?usp=sharing<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Half\nway through the year is a good time to review our School Design Plan.&nbsp; BOBS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tardy Data:&nbsp; Ten\nstudents were&nbsp;tardy four or more times&nbsp;from January 25th through\nJanuary 31st.&nbsp; There were six repeat offenders who will serve lunch\ndetention and zero egregious tardies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All students appearing on this report for\u00a0the first time\u00a0received a written notice with their specific tardy data;
