We will work this weekend to see what adjustments can be made and will have an updated draft of the schedule to all staff by mid-week.  <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1D4fpQ26VVthVNHwMoI6mWPECYq0TR4R7Ez0zpuzyFwk\/edit?ts=5cba2b6d\">Click here<\/a> to see the themes we have gathered from our conversations over the past several days.   <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mini Observations: Paul and I are working our way into all advisories for this round of mini observations.\u00a0 It has been fun to see staff instructing students outside of their typical content area and building human connections and relationships with the group in their advisory class.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bell Schedule: We have a draft of a new bell schedule created for next year.
