Instead, send an email to Wendy\/Paul\/Nole (all three!) that a student is on his\/her way to the office and that an Observation Form will follow.&nbsp; Fill out the form before the end of the day (ideally) but please no later than 24 hours.<\/li><li>Instead of filling out multiple forms with the same information (like kids being disrespectful to a guest teacher).&nbsp; Fill out one form and include all of the other students names in the narrative text.  Nole\/Paul will copy and paste the entry for the other students.<\/li><li>Most of the data entry fields are NOT required.&nbsp; Although the drop down questions about when an incident occurred helps us a lot, if the time it takes to answer these questions frustrates you then skip them.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>AVID CONTINUED PD<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td>\n  \n  <\/td><td><strong>FOCUSED NOTE-TAKING<\/strong>   Students utilize the focused note-taking process to create powerful study tools. They are not just copying down words.
