Week of March 2, 2020

It is with so much gratitude and joy that I feel lucky to wish a HAPPY CLASSIFIED EMPLOYEE’S WEEK to all of our incredible, selfless, loving, and dedicated classified staff members!!! I know I speak for everyone when I say that we are lucky to have all of you and your expertise at our school. Our school cannot run nor can we create the amazing experiences that we do for students without your excellence each day. Thank you all for being the heartbeat in our Golden Eagle family.

This weekend we were able to raise $2,231 for our Sparrow with our school Show a Little Love Rummage Sale. Thank you to all who brought, bought, and volunteered to make this a successful event for Alaric and his family!

We have our first groups that leave for snow school this week. Seventh grade teachers: please remember that while students are at camp, they are not to be responsible for any classwork during these days. They are, in essence, at school doing their work during this time. Please adjust these weeks for 7 days of instruction rather than 10.

This week is a bit different than I anticipated as my grandfather passed away last week just a day short of his true 100th birthday. I feel lucky to have been with him less than 2 weeks ago for a birthday party to celebrate him. It truly was a send-off and I feel lucky to have had a wonderful grandfather for 39 years. I am currently in Minnesota for his funeral and to help my family with everything that goes along with this process. I will return on Wednesday evening. Until then, I will try to respond to e-mails each evening if possible and please connect with Ryan for any immediate questions.

Thank you for all you do for our Golden Eagles!
